how to APPLY FOR your PERMIT Online

Permits are required for all building, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing projects. They're also required for:  re-roofs, window changes, fences, pools and spas, remodels, and additions.

During this pandemic, applications for all permits will only be accepted via an "online application."

To apply for a permit online first you must register for CommunityConnect.  Once registered, you will be notified via e-mail to complete the application process and create a password.   After the registration process is complete, you will have the ability to apply for permits, upload your plans, pay fees and request inspections
